Can I do the 28-day reset if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?Updated 2 years ago

  • If you are pregnant, we advise that you wait to start the programme until after you have given birth. Calories should never be restricted in pregnancy unless it’s at the advice of your doctor. If you would like to use any of the recipes from our programmes you are welcome to! Please just ignore the serving size and eat as desired.  
  • If you are breastfeeding, you can start following the nutrition principles of our programmes, however, please ensure you are increasing your portion sizes to meet your caloric needs. Some individuals find that their breast milk production is sensitive to calorie intake. Reducing calories too much during breastfeeding can result in a decrease of breast milk production, so make sure you are mindful and flex up if needed.  
  • As all our programmes come with suggested exercise regimes, it’s essential that you have been cleared by a doctor to exercise and modify based on your personal circumstances and level of fitness.  

You should always consult your physician/health care practitioner before adding any new supplements or nutritional programme to your daily routine especially if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, on existing medication, or have any underlying health conditions.
